Ethics and values that drive our work.

No matter where we are, or what we’re working on, we are driven to deliver the best solutions for every client. That’s what has made us the leading provider for marine vessel solutions.

Doing things right

The first time, and every time. We are a proven resource to solve advanced maritime engineering, manufacturing, installation, testing, and ongoing support challenges for years.

Working quickly and safely

Our innovation helps us stay ahead of the curve, prioritizing safety while maintaining efficiency. With programs like DuPont STOP, designed to train supervisors to observe workers’ actions and speak with them about safe and unsafe work practices, we reinforce conditions and culture at every step of the process.

Growing our knowledge

We’ve worked on nearly every vessel or platform, from bow to stern, bridge to engine room. It’s that experience that has allowed us to support the marine vessel community for years while finding ways to bring better tools, practices, and applications depending on the task at hand.

Certifying our workforce

Since 2004, Trident’s safety KPI’s have continued to improve with the current incident rate 54% below industry standards. We’re delighted to have been awarded the ISO 9001 certification and are pursuing the ISO 45001 compliance at all locations.
